One day two sisters were cheering each other on, telling one another to go “save the world, sister!” They were all fired up about one anothers efforts to make a difference through such efforts as helping others to get out of poverty, be healthier and change their own lives so they could be more effective in helping others, save the environment, end the suffering of women and children all over the world.
You know, that kind of thing.
But they used the word more like how we would say it in Hawaii~ “sistah…”
Since I figured it would be easier to keep it to the traditional spelling, I created the blog as is.
They thought how it would be so amazing if they could create a network of like minded women (sisters), to go “save the world” with… a place where we could all get the word out on our humanitarian projects.
A song comes to mind from a movie I watched last night, The U.S. vs. John Lennon.
You know the one.
“Imagine.”
So I hope that you begin to imagine the possibilities will with me!
Let’s begin!
